ISDC – International Security and Development Center is looking for qualified bidders to support the PeaceFIELD 2 Impact Evaluation of a UN PBF-funded peacebuilding project in Sierra Leone and Guinea. This research aims to assess the impact of community-level interventions in these regions and requires the expertise of a local data collection firm to provide support for the evaluation process.
Overview of Tasks: The selected bidder will be responsible for conducting data collection activities in Sierra Leone (and Guinea), which will include both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Tasks under this contract will include instrument validation, questionnaire tool piloting, personnel recruitment and training, field deployment for data collection, among others. The contractor will work closely with ISDC’s team to ensure the successful implementation of the data collection activities.
Eligibility: To be eligible for consideration, bidders must be legally authorized to perform the required work and adhere to country-specific and international standards. Additionally, bidders must comply with ISDC’s policies, including ethical principles, data protection guidelines, and good scientific practices.
