Sophie Zschäbitz is the Head of Administration at ISDC. She supervises all administration-related matters at the institute, including especially Finance/Controlling, Human Resources and Legal/Compliance.
Sophie received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business from HTW Dresden and spent exchange semesters in Finland and Slovakia. During and after her studies, she did several internships in the areas of Controlling and Human Resources, where she gained experience in national and international organizations in the private and the non-profit sector. Before joining ISDC, Sophie worked as a Project Controller in a non-profit research institution, where she was responsible for the financial controlling of research grant projects and collaborated with both national and international donors and project partners. Sophie is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting and Controlling at the University of Münster.
