To join our growing, international team, we are looking for a
Student Administrative Assistant (f/m/d)
(part-time – 20 hours per week)
to start in March 2025. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in practically learning about non-profit administration, strategic development, and financial management.
Your responsibilities:
- Helping out with ISDC operations: office supplies, inventory and coordination with suppliers;
- Maintaining records and filing systems (physical and digital) of ISDC projects;
- Helping with the processing of invoices, receipts, and reimbursements;
- Supporting strategic development projects;
- Supporting database and website management; and
- Contributing to event management.
We think you’d be a match if you:
- Are currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in business administration, public administration, or similar in the wider Berlin region;
- Have an interest in the administration of non-profit organizations;
- Communicate fluently in English and in German;
- Have previous experience using standard office software (such as Google Docs and Sheets);
- Have some experience with and enjoy supporting in-person and online events; and
- Are meticulous and pay attention to detail.
