Save the Date: Fragile Lives 2024

ISDC, as part of a consortium of partner institutions, is proud to announce it will be contributing to a Humboldt-Universty-hosted conference: Fragile Lives.

Fragile Lives 2024 is, above all, a conference examining how crises relating to violent conflict, the climate, the economy, and public health, combine and impact people around the world.

The thematic focus of the conference will be on the benefits of using rigorous, quantitative methods to study the effects of poly-crises on vulnerable populations and their lives and livelihoods. We look forward to hosting a range of sessions – including academic workshops, policy panels, and insightful keynotes that will cater to academics, policymakers, and practitioners alike.

Fragile Lives 2024 will take place on 01 – 02 October 2024 in the Humboldt-University of Berlin at Unter den Linden 6, 10117 Berlin, Germany.
