Tatiana Orozco Garcia

Tatiana Orozco Garcia is a Researcher at ISDC. She is also a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Göttingen. Her research interest lies at the intersection of development and behavioural economics. In particular, the central topics are peacebuilding and intra-household decision-making.

Tatiana has previously worked as a Junior Consultant at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics – ICRISAT, in Nairobi, Kenya. There she contributed to the research on agriculture development as a tool for conflict resolution. She also has experience designing surveys and experiments and primary data collection in low and mid-income countries.

Tatiana holds a Master’s Degree in Development Economics from the University of Göttingen and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Rosario, Colombia.
